Experience this special weekend and grow in your faith.
What is a Christian Experience Weekend?
A CEW is a renewal weekend for adults, designed to enable you to more deeply 'experience' yourself as well as your relationship with God and the Christian Community.
How is the weekend structured?
The CEW weekend begins on Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. and ends at about 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. In order to maximize the CEW community experience, all participants spend the entire time together, in one building, sleeping on cots and air mattresses and using sleeping bags.
What happens on a CEW?
A series of talks, discussions and fun activities are conducted by both religious and lay persons which enhance your awareness of God in your life and in the Christian community
Who should attend?
Anyone wishing to grow stronger in their faith, their personal relationship with God and their Christian community. Non Catholics are welcome but there is a strong Catholic flavor with the sacramental presence of Eucharist and Reconciliation.
What does the weekend cost?
The full amount of the weekend is $35.00. We ask that you include $10.00 with the application. Make your check payable to: Christian Experience Weekend.
